About What the Chai


Ingredients


How to brew chai


Organic agave, ginger, cinnamon, organic Ceylon tea, cardamon, star anise, nutmeg, cloves, bay leaves and black peppercorns.

STOVE: For one serve use approx 300ml of your favourite milk with some water (about 70/30 ratio). Add to a small saucepan with 2-3 tsp of What the Chai. On a low setting, gently heat for 5 minutes infuse flavours. Bring it to heat without letting it simmer or boil. Strain your chai into your favourite mug or take away cup and devour every sip.

HERBAL INFUSION: Add 2 tsp per 250ml boiling water. Place in teapot of cup infuser. Let sit for 5 minutes. Strain. If you prefer, add a dash of milk or frothed milk to your cup.

COLD BREW: In a glass bottle / jar add 250-300ml milk and 2-3 tsp What the Chai. Let sit in the fridge overnight. Strain and enjoy the cold delicious chai!
